Debbie???s tuna weighed 116 pounds. Fred Dunham of Spring Valley won second place for an 86-pound tuna. Dylan Palmer of Santee was third, for a 79.8-pound yellowfin tuna.

Butch Peters of Fresno won first place for a 92.4-pound yellowfin. Randy Isogawa of Fresno was second, for an 85.4-pound tuna. Ron Walker of Poway won third place, for a 75.4-pound Alijos yellowfin.

Adam Harris of Escondido won first place for am 80-pound tuna. Jim Sullivan of San Mateo was second, for a 78-pounder. Mike Toetter of San Diego was third, for a 45-pound wahoo. Erik Nelson stood in with a 77-pound wahoo he took on an Ahi Jet in Petrolero color. Jim Bowman of San Diego won the Rollo jackpot for the best yellowtail, a 35.8-pounder.

Conway Woo won first place for a 120-pound yellowfin. Mario Bustamente of Long Beach was second, for a 119-pounder that ate a squid. Lyle McDonald of Cameron Park won third place for a 106-pound tuna. Mark Oliver of Poway won honorable mention for a 126-pound Alijos Rocks kite-caught tuna.

Cates weighed all 71 tuna over 200 pounds on his new electric hoist at the H&M Landing certified scales. Way to take them to the promised land Skip!!!!

Rooster regular Dennis Bidigare of Oscoba, MI took the best tuna and won first place in the jackpot for his 267.8-pound yellowfin. Art Caballero of Temple City won second place for a 266.2-pounder. Tim Farrell of Oceanside won third place for a 257-pound tuna.

Ying Lee of Diamond Bar was the first-place winner, for a 118.5-pound yellowfin tuna. Bob Clark of San Diego was second, for a 76.5-pound tuna. Rob Perry of Placentia was right behind him with a 75.5-pounder, good for third place.

Dale Prichard of Redondo Beach won first place, for a 93.6-pound yellowfin tuna. Gary Geisler was second, for a 78.8-pounder. Dave Coopman of Huntington Beach won third place for a 73-pound wahoo

Boib Rubalcaba of Pt. Loma won first place for a 62-pound tuna. Gary Collins of Irvine was second, for a 52-pound wahoo. Joe Arimitsu of Simi Valley was third, for a 50-pound wahoo.

Robert Pohl of Sun Valley won first place, for a 91-pound tuna. Bill Hopkins won second place with his 83.4 lb whopper which it the season's best so far!!! Mordy Kay of LA won third place for a 77-pound Alijos yellowfin tuna.
