Fish Count: 25 anglers caught 375 Yellowtail and 12 Yellwofin Tuna (up to 122.7 pounds). They fished at Guadalupe Island.

This 11 day adventure skippered by Frank LoPreste fished down the mexican coast for yellowfin tuna, wahoo, dorado, and some yellowtail also in the mix were some 70.0 lbs. grouper. Here is the jackpot winners from left to right name unkown 130.0 lbs tuna Bruce Wier from sunnyvale with a 109.0 lbs. tuna and Dan Luke from Louisianna with a 102.0 lbs. yellowfin tuna.

From left to right the winners are as follows: the father and son team down from Oxnard, Greg Mendonca and Steve Mendonca with 224.9 lbs. and 222.0 lbs. yellowfin tunas. As well as Art Scott, from Topoc, Arizona with a 202.0 lbs. tuna. Captain Shawn Steward took 32 passengers down outside of Cabo on a 10 day. On this trip they caught 6 fish over 200 lbs. and plenty of smaller tuna, wahoo, and dorado.

In this photo from left to right is Captain Dave Kiyohara, 1st place Bill Rensberger from Point Loma with a 231.5 lbs. tuna, Captain Sam Patella with a toad of a tuna, 2nd Rob Whitney from Medesto with a 229.5 lbs. and 3rd Jeff Burroughs from Phoenix with 126.5 lbs. the American Angler went down the coast of mexico for 11 days with 20 passengers. Final count 275 yellowfin tuna 160 yellowtail and 27 wahoo.

1st place is David Choate from Torrance with 193.0 lbs. tuna, 2nd is Rob Gerner from Hinkley Ca. with a 118.0 lbs. tuna and Michael Grant is 3rd with a 98.4 tuna. Also Brad Baron won the Rollo Heyn Foundation Jackpot for biggest yellowtail that weighed 21.8 lbs. Bruce Smith Captain of the Shogun took 24 passengers down to mexican waters for a 10 day. Final count is 168 yellowfin tuna, 76 dorado, 50 yellowtail, 3 wahoo, 1 grouper.
